There’s something I wish I had learned sooner.

I kept posting “helpful tips.”
I got likes.

But I didn’t get clients.

Then I realised...

People don’t buy tips.
Tips are available everywhere.

They buy trust.

And trust isn’t a vibe.
It’s built on 3 simple things:

→ A clear category
→ A sharp claim
→ Proof

Most creators skip this.
They post “how-to” without a point of view.
That's not enough anymore to cut through the noise.

Here’s what changed for me.

I picked a category I’m willing to own.

Not “marketing.”
“Brand and content that lead to clients.”

Then I made a sharp claim.
“Clarity beats volume.”

Then I showed proof.
Screenshots.
Client stories.
Before/after lines.

Now every post has a job:

– Category: remind people what I’m known for
– Claim: make them think “I’ve never heard it said like that”
– Proof: de-risk the buy

This is how your message gets sharp.
This is how your positioning gets clear.
This is how your ideas lead, not please.

I built Simply Branding because I was done watching smart people stay invisible.
I didn’t want another noisy “content club.”

Inside Simply Branding, we do this on repeat:
Position → Communicate → Convert.

Why this loop?

Because it solves the three real blockers:

Position = you stop guessing your niche and claim a space you can win.
Result: people finally “get” you in one swipe.

Communicate = you turn one core belief into clear posts, case lines, and profiles. Result: authority grows, DMs shift from “how much?” to “when can we start?”

Convert = you show proof, and the easy next step.
Result: leads close faster, with better fit and better fees.

What you get, weekly:

– Short sprints to sharpen your message
– Live feedback so you don’t stall
– Real examples and lines you can ship the same day
– A simple plan for posts, profile, and offers that stack

That’s the work we do every week.

Clearer.
So the right people come to you.

10 months ago, I got this random DM:

“Hey Bea, I’ve built a content creation app for LinkedIn.
You can white-label it—we could partner. Let’s chat.”

I almost ignored it.

I get messages like this daily.
But something made me say yes to the call.

That’s when I met David.
And he showed me FlowOS .

Now...

I’ve seen a lot of demos.
Most of them are weak
Just ChatGPT wrapped in a shiny UI with a logo on.

But this?
It was different.

It wasn’t a tool.
It was a real system.

And the wild part?

We had the same vision.

It looked exactly like the system I had been trying to build in Notion for my clients.

(Except I don’t code. I was just duct-taping things together to offer a solution.)

So I told David:

Stop trying to white-label this.
You’ll lose the most important thing—

The brand.

Let’s build this together.
And that’s what we did.

Since then, we’ve spent 10 months rebuilding and improving FlowOS from the inside out.

And I am excited to say this finally:

We’ve built the only content system made for creators, founders, freelancers, and coaches—designed specifically for LinkedIn.

After helping 100+ people build their brand...
After seeing too many drop off because they didn’t have a system...

We created the thing that everyone’s been missing.

With FlowOS you can:

• Capture every idea in one place
• Get feedback and guidance from the Flow AI agent
• Brainstorm and get post advice instantly
• Build your brand voice and write like you
• Turn rough drafts into scroll-stopping posts
• Schedule directly to LinkedIn
• Stay consistent with a workflow that actually works

We’ve pulled all-nighters, redesigned everything, and obsessed over every detail.

And now it’s LIVE.

You can try it for free today → https://www.flowos.ai/

We offer something special for the first 200 people who join.

PS: That’s David and me finally meeting in London after working together every day online.

Felt like we’d known each other forever.

In 2021, I was completely lost.

No direction.
No plan.
No clue what I wanted to do with my life.

Today, I designed my ideal career from scratch.

Here's what I did--
I mapped out these 3 things:

• What I'm naturally good at
• What I actually enjoy doing
• What solves real problems for people

Then I built a business around that overlap.

The result?

I travel freely.
Set my own schedule.
Work with amazing people.
Built financial independence.
Work that never feels like work.

But here's the reality:

I failed 4 times before this worked.
Went broke twice.
Took risks that scared me.

And that's exactly my point.

If you want something different, you can create it.

Your mind is powerful enough to design your ideal life.

I'm by no means more special.
I didn't have perfect conditions.
Just insane motivation to make it happen.

And if I could do it...
You can do it too.

3 big realisations from just 2 days at Spotlight

1. Nothing beats real connection.

In-person conversations hit different.

Spending time with people in the same arena:
(peers, clients, friends and my business partner David)

It reminded me how much deeper we connect when we’re in the room.

Hosting my mastermind live—

It unlocked a whole new level of trust, ideas, and momentum.

Zoom is great.
But face-to-face?
It’s 10x more powerful.

2. I don’t believe in competition.

Technically, Diandra and I do the same thing.
We serve the same audience.
We offer similar services.

But she’s not a competitor — she’s a friend.

We get each other.
We share the same challenges.
We’ve built a space to bounce ideas and grow together.

Because even if we do what looks the same…
How we do it is completely different.

No one can replicate your energy, your voice, or the way your clients feel after working with you.

3. Personal branding is still the #1 growth lever.

I spoke to founders, agency owners, and CEOs.

All of them said some version of:

→ “We need more visibility.”
→ “I want to grow my brand.”
→ “We know we should be doing more online.”

No matter how big the company or experienced the team.

The need for a strong personal brand isn’t going away.
It’s growing.

And honestly?

These past few days reminded me how much I love what I do.

I could talk about marketing, strategy, and brand building for hours.

This work lights me up.
And seeing it light up others is the best part of all.

PS: Loved to connect with everyone and meet IRL creators I keep seeing smashing it on my feed like Noor, Shoaib, Jeremy Boissinot and AJ Eckstein 🧩

This is one of those full-circle moments.

Last year, I was in the crowd at Spotlight

Jasmin Alić had invited me, and I remember walking into that room thinking:

"Wow! These are the people I admire most in the industry."

I watched the speakers on stage — confident, clear, magnetic.

And I told myself:

Next year, I’ll be a speaker!!

Exactly 12 months later…

✅ Hosting a sold-out mastermind in Amsterdam on Authority & Positioning

✅ At the very conference I once attended as an audience member

✅ Now inviting leaders ready to build undeniable authority and become key people of influence in their industry

Yeah… pinch me.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to build your brand, elevate your positioning, and finally be seen for what you actually bring to the table…

This is it.

You never know who you'll meet! A business partner or a friend

There’s one thing every founder wants.

More warm, organic traffic.
A strong brand people remember.
Authority and trust, at scale.

All of that comes from creating content online.

Every successful founder I speak to says the same:

“I want to stay top of mind for the right people, nurture leads, and convert.”

So why don’t most do it?

Because as a founder, you wear every hat.
You know showing up online matters.
But you don’t have the:

* time to write
* know-how on what works
* mental bandwidth to stay consistent

This is where I come in.

Over the last 3 years, I’ve helped 100+ founders, agency owners, and investors:

→ build their personal brands
→ attract the right audience
→ become a key person of influence in their space.

The restults?

• one M&A brought $50k+ in one week from contet

• one agency owner grew to 28k followers and is now booked out

• one 7-figure AI founder doubled their traffic and inbound leads

It always comes down to 3 simple things:

1. Positioning so people get who you help and why you’re the expert.

2. Strategic posts in your voice—consistent and authority-building.

3. A simple system so you stay visible without burning time.

All done for you.

If you’re a founder who wants more warm leads, trust, and recognition—
but you don’t have the time or the know-how—

Send me a DM saying “The Founder Brand Engine.”
I’ll show you how I can take this off your plate and make you the name people think of first.

I analysed 100 founder profiles.
Here’s why 97 sound exactly the same.

Last month I went down a rabbit hole:
100 founder profiles in one sitting.

By the end, I could’ve copy-pasted most of them into one doc and nobody would notice. .

What I kept seeing (and feeling):

1) No positioning.

Familiar and forgettable headlines.
No diffrenetiator.
No point of view.

Try this instead: say the problem you solve, then make one promise others aren’t making—and give it a name, so people remember.

2) Announcing company milestones.

“We hit 10k users!”

Good for you!
But, why should your buyer care?

Try this: turn milestones into something helpful for your readers.

“10k users → Here’s the 3-step flow we’ll keep using—and you can, too.”

3) ChatGPT content.

Look, AI is a powerful tool.
In the right hands, it streamlines A LOT.

But if you don’t know what “good” looks like, and you feed it weak inputs, the output will sound like 99% of people.

Try this: set the bar first (who it’s for, what they need, what “win” looks like).

Then give the model earned specifics: your ICP, POV, examples to mimic, constraints, voice notes, and raw materials (metrics, screenshots, stories).

3) Borrowed authority.

Endless breakdowns of famous people.

Your audience learn about them—not you.

Try this: use one example to teach, then pivot to your data, your process, your receipts.

4) Pretty posts, zero proof.

Spending time and $$ on cute designs.

Try this: show tangible wins—before/after numbers, screenshots, short timelines. Proof beats polish.

5) Calendars instead of strategy.

“Educate Monday, inspire Wednesday” isn’t a plan.

Try this: mix expert posts with personal stories, and vary depth—broad → narrow → niche—so the right buyers resonate.

What the 3% did differently:

• A sharp hook, one clear point, and a simple next step.
• Consistency inside their brand.
• Insights only they could write—how they do it, not how “people should.”

They repeated their difference until others could repeat it back.

If you are a founder and want to be in the 3%, but don't know where to start or have the time to do it yourself

Send me a DM saying "STAND OUT" and I'll share how I can help.

Great products used to win on their own.
Now great stories do...

Not because story is fluff.
Because story is how people make sense of risk.

A strong story says:

Here’s who I am.
Here’s what I believe.
Here’s what I’ve done—with proof.
Here’s the problem I can solve for you.

This isn’t spin.
It’s lived experience.

You’re telling what you tried, what broke, what worked, and what you’re betting on next.

There’s risk, receipts, and your name on the line.

Understanding and building your-

IP (yes, your personal brand)
Media (yes, social media)
Data (yes, AI)

This is the foundation of the digital economy.

Many people are struggling—entrepreneurs, founders, creators—
because their business is missing one or more of these.

Here’s why it matters:

-> IP is your story and point of view.
It’s how people know you, remember you, and trust you.

-> Media is where that story shows up daily.
Posts, short videos, emails—where your buyers already look.

-> Data is your feedback loop.
Client results, audience signals, and AI to learn faster and improve.

Miss one piece and things break:

Meanwhile, weaker products with stronger stories win the deals.

Harsh truth:
If the market can’t see your expertise, it can’t value it.

Your price stalls.
Top talent follows stronger brands.
Opportunities pass you by.

It’s about being findable, clear, and trusted.

Simple rules:

• Be specific — names, numbers, before/after.
• Be consistent — daily beats “viral.”
• Be brave — say what you stand for.
• Be useful — teach the thing you sell.

In 2–3 years, this won’t be optional.

The best story, told with proof, will set the price.

Build yours now—
while you still have room to think.

Write the first line today.
Show your work tomorrow.
Make the offer after that.

Great products still matter.
Great stories make them matter to someone.

She had zero inbound.
Nine months later: fully booked from LinkedIn.

Last year, my client was invisible.
Great founder.
Real credentials.

But for teh right people, she was invisible.

Her plan was “grow fast = clients.”
It didn’t work.

Because reach didn’t move her revenue.
Authority did.

Here’s what we changed (and what you can steal):

1) Position (who, problem, promise—one swipe)

We cut the fluff until her profile answered, in one glance:

Who she serves.
What problem she solves.
What promise she keeps.

So when the right buyer landed, they thought: “This is for me.”

Litmus test:
If a stranger can’t say “who/what/why you” in 5 seconds, you’re leaking buyers.

2) Communicate (POV + proof, not tips)

We killed generic “inspo” and wrote from experience:

A point-of-view that made her ideal clients stop scrolling: “X is overrated. Here’s the system we actually use.”

Posts that paired perspective with proof (before/after snapshots, client quotes, process peeks).

Hooks that were specific, not fluffy—so the first two lines earned the click.

People don’t follow you for inspiration. They buy you for expertise.

3) Convert (make saying “yes” feel natural)

We added a credibility stack to every touchpoint—clear offer, social proof, consistent visuals, and a clean CTA that matched intent (comment, DM, or book). That’s how attention became appointments.

Result?

From unknown to 27,000 people who know her name—
and a calendar booked off LinkedIn alone.

This is the shift we build inside Simply Branding:
Position → Communicate → Convert.

How to steal it this week:

Rewrite your headline + about to pass the one-swipe test (who / what / why you).

Ship 3 posts that mix proof + perspective (screenshots, timelines, “how I” breakdowns).

Add a credibility layer to every post (mini-case, namedropping once when relevant, clear CTA).

Who this is for:

Founders, freelancers, consultants, creators, agency owners—
skilled, quiet, and done being “helpful but hidden.”

Inside Simply Branding, you’ll get:

– A niche + message that sticks
– A content system that keeps you consistent
– Posts that build trust (not noise)
– Positioning that turns visibility into revenue, referrals, and invites

Authority beats follower count.
Don’t be the “later” person.
Be the one who did it.

Doors to 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 are open.

I missed a $5,000 opportunity…
Because LinkedIn DMs are a black hole.

Here’s what happened:

A year ago a brand reached out:
“We’d love to pay you $5,000 for a partnership.”

I never replied.

Not because I didn’t want to.
Because I never saw it.

No follow-up.
No reminder.

I only found it by accident, a year later, while searching for something else.

LinkedIn inboxes weren’t built to manage leads.
They’re messy.

By the time I saw the message, it was too late.
The deal was long gone.

And here’s how I fixed it:

I met Mitchell Tan 📮 .

He introduced me to Kondo: Superhuman for LinkedIn DMs— his tool that turns your DMs into a revenue pipeline.

My inbox went from chaos to clarity.

Now I can-

✅ Send personalised starter DMs in one click

Pre-written, tailored messages I can send instantly,  saving time daily.

No more dropped leads.

✅ Track every opportunity

I have visibility into who I’ve spoken to and where they are in my pipeline.

Anyway, if you're joining Spotlight, come say hi!!

Would love to meet as many of you!
