Perfectionism is just a polite way of procrastination.

Many clients come to me saying:

• "I'm not good at writing"
• "I'm not good at video"
• "I'm not good at design"
• "I'm not good at delegating"

Yeah... that's just a reps issue.

Even after hours on YouTube University, downloading hundreds of freebies, and giving your best shot on that 1° attempt…

You’ll do 10 more reps, look back, and think:
“Aww, so cute”

You can’t deny you’ve felt that cringe.

Here’s the Walkmac and the MacBook Air side by side.

Just a reminder that even the giants ship fast and focus on incremental improvements.

Make it exist first.
Then commit to 10% better every time.

Animating infographics used to cost me +$35 USD

Here's the beginner-friendly way I found to do them in minutes with Claude ✨
My first 1K followers meant everything.

Now there are 30K of us.

- At 500 I sent connection requests one by one, cuz growth wasn't happening by posting
- At 1K I started thinking... what if I can actually do it?
- At 2K I was rewriting my headline almost weekly like it was THE ultimate trick
- At 3K I still spent 3h on a post that should've taken 1
- At 5K I was growing so slow I just focused on building the backend that could grow a business
- At 30K I'm wondering how the game even looks at 100K

Like most things, I get a milestone and immediately wonder how the next level would be

I was gonna let this pass cuz I know it's a small "compared" to the masters

But I got a few comments from folks congratulating me, and it warmed my heart

Thank you guys 🥹💕✨

Everyone's screaming "niche down!"

But what if that's killing my reach?

2 clients asked me that recently.

Here's what I've seen after 2 years of testing:

Algorithms don't care about roles.
They care about what people find interesting.

👉 For those using organic media as the main driver:
Staying broader tends to be more useful.
Talk about solving problems, not roles.
Anyone who's felt the pain before will be attracted.

e.g. "Marketing for B2B companies"

👉 For those using more cold outreach:
Cold DMs, cold email, ads...
Going narrow works for personalization + targeting.

e.g. "Marketing for B2B SaaS companies in fintech"

👉 Bottom line:
If you're just starting or choosing between options:
→ Pick the broader option so they are easier to find.
→ Niche down in the backend for outreach.

Later, with more case studies, you can niche down.
It's trickier to un-niche if you started too small.

AI is full of updates and hype.

These have been the most reliable swaps I’ve made.

- Google for search → Al Mode
- ChatGPT for writing → Claude
- Excel → Claude in Excel
- PowerPoint → Gamma
- Typing with your keyboard → Wispr flow Al
- Images with Midjourney → ChatGPT (or Nano Banana)
- Only Zoom meetings → Fathom Al Notetaker
- Google for research → Perplexity

100s of AI news happen weekly, not worth the overwhelm.

But once in a while? worth checking out which tools keep leading.

Which is the fav swap you made lately?

I had to learn it the hard way cuz it sounded simple:

• Decide on a niche
• Get a content calendar
• Be consistent
• Win!

But scaling a business with content had more of:

• Powering through "I quit" days
• Cringing at old posts every 3 weeks
• Feeling behind, no matter what level I'm at
• Occasionally realizing I suck a little less

But 👏 but 👏 but... it’s how growth actually looks like.

Numbers will do their thing, keep showing up anyway.
