A colleague of mine just presented a proposal for a new feature. This is why it's awesome:
* He shared a video (loom): fully async, no need to have a meeting
* He was outside (yay remote work)
* He had his newborn strapped to his chest (super cute)
Remote has a very generous parental leave, but parenting doesn't end after that. I love to see examples of the advantages of remote work like these.
