What lesson would you tell your younger self?
I learned this lesson a few years ago, but I am constantly practicing it.
Because sales is hard AF.
It’s constantly evolving, and new challenges will arise.
And a lesson that was important for me to learn as not to tie my happiness to my quota attainment.
Because I found myself bringing negativity to my surroundings when the quota wasn’t doing great.
Now, I focus on winning the little tasks and finding happiness in the journey.
