No matter how glamorous Piassa might look, it can't replace the አራዳ ልጅ vibe.

Forget about erasing the social fabric, but imagine the number of small and medium businesses that were put out of business. This is a typical white capitalist mentality that gentrifies neighborhoods and makes places look depressingly beautiful.
