Looking back, we realized that we made a mistake by focusing too much on skill and work experience over the person behind the resume.
We were hiring for what people could do, not for who they were. And honestly, that didn’t work.
This time around, we want to change that!

✅ Head of People & Ops
We need someone to build and manage our team, make sure we are scaling efficiently, and develop systems that make working at Remote WorkHER smooth and effective. You should be a natural leader, great at people management, and love creating an environment where everyone thrives.
✅ Content & Social Media Manager (you'd be working directly with me ❤️)
If you’re passionate about creating meaningful content and storytelling, we want you! You’ll manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and help us reach even more remote workers and freelancers who align with our mission.
Bonus: You also need to be great at people management, cause you'd be managing some content interns.
✅ Community Manager
Our community (The Inner Circle) is everything, and we need someone who can nurture it, engage with members, and create active space where people feel heard and valued.
