AECOM India is proud to announce the inauguration of the Surat Diamond Bourse, the world's largest office building at 7.1 million square feet, on 17 December 2023 by the Prime Minister of India Sh. Narendra Modi.
 
Our MEP and Sustainability teams have played a crucial role in its design, focusing on achieving the highest Platinum rating under the IGBC Green New Building Rating System.
 
The building incorporates various green features, such as recycled wastewater, energy-efficient HVAC systems, 500 kWp of solar panels, and more, making it a model for sustainable construction worldwide.
