The National Labor Relations Board ruled that employers can no longer require their people to be quiet (or sign non-disparagement clauses, if we want to get technical) as part of their severance agreements! 👏
So, in other words, laid off employees can no longer be bribed into forfeiting their rights for compensation and/or other separation benefits.
