Me - “Is he likely to be around this afternoon?“
Receptionist - “Hmmm not sure“
Me - “Oh, Okay....“ (Silence waiting for her to take my details)
Receptionist - “Bye“
Me - “Bye“

And this just happened. If I was a potential customer I am no longer a potential. I have moved on to the next accountant on my list.
