Good news! I know 5 different women in their 50s who've landed meaty jobs over the past month or two. They've each been through lengthy processes to land roles and they've all done it with such grace and class.

I wanted to share that because genuine good news seems rather hard to come by on here and also because sadly so many women still question their worth as they reach this time of life.

Anyone with a half century under their belt will have been through a lot. But for women, I'd say it's tougher because the blasted menopause can be hugely problematic with brain fog, mood swings and hormonal shifts.

And that's after all the other workplace and family challenges that still create so many headwinds.

But there's something powerful behind all that which seems to give them an edge:

By now they know themselves and they don't take any shit!

Once they embrace their strengths and decide that they are MORE than enough, they become absolute forces of nature.

I know this because I've been lucky enough to walk alongside each of them while they've made their changes for their next chapter.

There's always time for us to feel more confident than we ever thought possible

Employers - if you want something done, ask a woman in her 50s 💪
