β€œAnis, have you ever ignored a job application email?β€œ

YES.

I've ignored job application emails from candidates when...

❌ The email address isn't professional, like adikhandsome123@email.com

❌ The subject isn't specific, complete, or sometimes even empty. NEVER DO THIS – the subject is like a title; without it, it feels like a random email.
Subject format:
[POSITION APPLIED FOR - NAME]
βœ… Subject: Tech Recruiter - Kaia Nirmala

❌ The email body is empty or, worse yet, it uses the template β€œsent from my iPhoneβ€œ πŸ™ƒ. The email body is important, folks – in simple terms, it should contain your cover letter.

❌ Using unprofessional language. I won't go into detail about this, as I'm sure you #jobseekers on LinkedIn are already aware.

Personally, I'm rarely interested in processing candidates like that, although I do read their emails sometimes.

Let's not make the same mistake twice, okay?

Btw, I've created a simple email body template for friends who are currently job hunting. You can check out the PDF below!

Now that you have the template, still unsure about applying for jobs? Those still looking for work can visit this website: https://lnkd.in/gUESJUfV

In my opinion, this website is super useful because you just need to upload your CV and you'll get 50 job recommendations that match your skills and desired salary.

Good luck! 😍

Having been in HR for more than 1 year now, I've got some idea of why employees are leaving.
Sorted out 6 different service periods, 6 different reasons for quitting!

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπ‹πžπšπ―π’π§π  𝐒𝐧 𝟏 πŒπŽππ“π‡
Reason: HR and the team
1. Confusion about the company's training process.
2. Not able to communicate with colleagues/team.
3. You are left to struggle on your own after joining the company.
4. Feel insecure about the management of the company.
5. Not being developed by the company for new employees.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπ‹πžπšπ―π’π§π  𝐒𝐧 πŸ‘ πŒπŽππ“π‡π’
After 3 months in the job, the employee finds that there is a disagreement with his supervisor's values, management style, work objectives and work style.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπ‹πžπšπ―π’π§π  𝐒𝐧 πŸ” πŒπŽππ“π‡π’
Reason: Company's culture
The company can't provides equal treatment of employees, learning opportunities, so that your dreams and the company's goals combined in order to achieve a win-win situation for personal development and corporate development.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπ‹πžπšπ―π’π§π  𝐒𝐧 𝟏 π˜π„π€π‘
Reason: Salary
After a year of doing the job, the employee already has contributions, networks and resources and wants to consider whether the pay is now equal to what is paid. Still talking about money and not heart for the company.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπ‹πžπšπ―π’π§π  𝐒𝐧 πŸ‘ π˜π„π€π‘π’
Reason: Development
After 3 years, with a certain level of experience, seniority, ability, and salary, you will consider whether there is still potential for you to develop in this company, whether it will help you in your future development, and whether there are better platforms and opportunities outside.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπ‹πžπšπ―π’π§π  𝐒𝐧 πŸ” π˜π„π€π‘π’
To some extent an old employee with more experiences and networks, satisfied with the current position and income, unless a better offer is made, it is more risky to quit on your own.
