My best advice: tailor your resume, apply with a direct referral, and practice leetcode-tagged questions.
There aren’t many online resources about TikTok’s interview process or unique working culture.
My interview experience: 1 phone screen, 3 coding rounds, 1 system design round, and 1 hiring manager round.
