↳ A non-toxic work environment
↳ Professional growth opportunities

But these are just the basics a company should provide so employees can do their jobs.

To achieve better outcomes,
companies and leaders must offer better benefits:

➟ Resources to prevent burnout.
➟ Support for physical and mental health.
➟ Team-building through activities and training.
➟ Training not just to deepen expertise but to explore new skills.
➟ Salary that reflects employee contributions, not just market rates.
