Bird is pleased to announce it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement with Jacob Bros Construction. Jacob Bros is a multi-disciplined general contractor specializing in heavy civil, road building, and smaller, specialized projects that require innovative solutions. They are based in Surrey, BC and service clients across Western Canada. The acquisition is subject to government regulatory approval, which is anticipated early Q3 2024.
