Last week, our AgileOne leaders from around the world came together for the 2025 AgileOne Leadership Lab, a week of learning, listening, challenging, and growing together. We focused on the building blocks that make our business and our people stronger.
We explored how we each show up as leaders through Working Genius, Multipliers, and even in what we called the âdiscomfort zone.â We heard from our teams who shared powerful client case studies, gained insights from our sister companies (AppleOne, AllSTEM, and Allâs Well) and AgileOne's payroll solution provider, AllSourcePPS, and we connected those lessons to the bigger picture of where our industry is headed.
We were especially grateful to have our Founder and CEO, Janice Bryant Howroyd, and the ActOne Group President Brett Howroyd with us this year. Their presence and perspective reminded us that leadership is a choice we make every day!
It was such a pleasure for me to continue to focus on what it means and how it "feels" to work at AgileOne. It is an honor to address who I refer to as our "Culture Carriers" directly, ensuring they have all the call outs and critical talking points to take back to their teams. I loved focusing on how to be "All In," to communicate with clarity, to ensure we are always evolving our services and are never only transactional, while reminding our leaders that if youâre leading the way you did last year, youâre not leading, youâre coasting.
The world of work is shifting again. Because of that, AI, automation, and analytics are reshaping how we hire, how we serve, and how we lead and all were additional focuses of our summit. The future of work is being redefined before our eyes, and Iâm proud that AgileOne continues to be at the forefront, putting insights into action, expanding partnerships globally, and delivering innovation through human connection.
But what stood out most this week wasnât the technology. It was the collaboration, the way our teams showed up for each other, embraced new ideas, and pushed beyond comfort to find better ways forward.
Thatâs what Leadership Lab is all about.
