My friend left a job she was happy at because another company offered her about $5000 increase in annual salary.

Now she is a manager with more responsibility, longer hours and more stress.

A higher salary doesn’t necessarily guarantee you greater work satisfaction.

Your happiness is priceless.

My friend got her dream job.

3 months later she quit.

Here’s why...

Communication was awful. Culture was toxic.

Instead of her “dream job,” she was looking at the clock every 15 minutes, praying time would move faster.

One of the biggest mistakes

I was making on Linkedin

for way too long.

I would just read posts.
I never engaged.

You should engage as much as possible.

When you engage it gives people the opportunity to know you better. Which will lead to more connections, develop relationships and more opportunity.
