18 years ago: I got fired.

12 years ago: My first business failed.

5 1/2 years ago: We launched a business that is now in 3 countries and more soon to follow.

My friend left a job she was happy at because another company offered her about $5000 increase in annual salary.

Now she is a manager with more responsibility, longer hours and more stress.

A higher salary doesn’t necessarily guarantee you greater work satisfaction.

Your happiness is priceless.

I would just read posts.
I never engaged.

You should engage as much as possible.

When you engage it gives people the opportunity to know you better. Which will lead to more connections, develop relationships and more opportunity.
