1) They are incredibly vital to the legal ecosystem and to the practice of law.

2) They possess a vast array of skills and knowledge none of you may ever have.

3) They are often the most tech-savvy people in your office. Let them help you help others using tools of all varieties.

Starting this month, I will be teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School!
