It doesn't seem like over a year ago that I shared this picture.

Thank you for all the amazing messages you've all sent the past year.

I used to think LinkedIn was just a site where you posted work related content.

But it's been so much more than that.

You're the reason I love this site.

I never thought all those years ago when I was struggling in most aspects of life that I'd live the life I do today.

Life is always better when we support each other.

No job is worth your mental health

One of the biggest causes of poor mental health is a job that causes you constant stress and anxiety.

In my case, it was rarely ever the job itself.

If I had an understanding and supportive manager then I'd notice a huge improvement in my mental health.

However, if I had a manager who constantly micromanaged and never offered support this would impact all areas of my life

Because work is such a large part of your life.

But it's not your whole life

Even though it can seem it at times.
