I've never met Janine in person.
But I hired her full-time on June 29th 2024.
In 3 months, she's never missed a deadline.
In 3 months, she's made my life a lot better.
in 3 months, she’s setup systems that scale.
In 3 months she's freed up HOURS of my time.

So why hire someone on the other side of the world?
Well, why not? If that person has:
a) experience
b) the right attitude
Hire them.
Don't discount someone because English isn't their first language or because they live further afield.

I learned my lesson.
So this time, Janine was my 4th company hire!
This was the smartest business move I've made this year.
