As an HR Manager , we know Job Description is the way we communicate with candidates.
Every candidate deserves to know whether or not he is fit to apply for the job.
It is true that as a recruiter, you have a lot of work to do, and it is never easy.
But highlighting the Right Skills will help in attracting best talent.
Mentioning clear salary package will help filtering the right candidate based on skills.
And a hiring timeline will save time.
Because Interviewing so many candidates and preparing final lists is a tedious job.
A timeline will help them take right decisions for their career.
Without timeline everybody is on hold.
Uncertainty causes a lot of distress.
The time when someone doesn’t know what would happen and whether they should opt for their other options, prevents them from doing anything productive.
This time period should be as much less as possible.
This may also pull them back from opportunities that would benefit them immensely and on top of that, they are rejected.
They lose both ways.
