As an HR Manager , we know Job Description is the way we communicate with candidates.

Every candidate deserves to know whether or not he is fit to apply for the job.

It is true that as a recruiter, you have a lot of work to do, and it is never easy.

But highlighting the Right Skills will help in attracting best talent.

Mentioning clear salary package will help filtering the right candidate based on skills.

And a hiring timeline will save time.

Because Interviewing so many candidates and preparing final lists is a tedious job.

A timeline will help them take right decisions for their career.

Without timeline everybody is on hold.

Uncertainty causes a lot of distress.

The time when someone doesn’t know what would happen and whether they should opt for their other options, prevents them from doing anything productive.

This time period should be as much less as possible.

This may also pull them back from opportunities that would benefit them immensely and on top of that, they are rejected.

They lose both ways.

Every candidate deserves an answer whether they are selected or not.

It is true that as a recruiter, you have a lot of work to do, and it is never easy.

Interviewing so many candidates and preparing final lists is a tedious job.

But understand, someone is eagerly waiting for that one mail from you.

Their fate depends on that.
Maybe they have kept a lot of things on hold.

They may have been selected by some other company, but are not joining because they want to hear from you first.

They may have to appear for a competitive exam if you reject them, but are not paying the registration fees.

Maybe they have promised their partner to talk to their parents once they get a job.

Now everybody is on hold.

Uncertainty causes a lot of distress.

The time when someone doesn’t know what would happen and whether they should opt for their other options, prevents them from doing anything productive.

This time period should be as much less as possible.

This may also pull them back from opportunities that would benefit them immensely and on top of that, they are rejected.

They lose both ways.

As a hiring manager yourself and a former candidate who waited for an answer, in the same eager and desperate way, show some consideration and respect for candidates who look forward to you.

Making someone hope for non-existent things is unethical.

- Our Negative behaviour patterns our bad habits end up being our most prominent adversary.

👉what we need is to analyse are own self for our limiting beliefs that live in us.. find the negative patterns and change.

2. Your Self Doubt
- Having doubt on your self , your capabilities and skill set is the biggest mental block that you can ever face.

👉 Have faith in yourself generally and beleive you can... and you will..


3. Procrastination
- Habit of postponing each assignment up to the last possible second comes as an exceptionally huge rival in our life.
- This habit of our own stops us from focusing on new tasks, new plans, consequently from learning new things.

👉Beat procrastination by being process oriented and dwelling less on final outcomes. beleive me you will feel less overwhelmed.


4. Your Distractions
- Distractions in any form are the biggest weakness that we have.

👉 Distractions can be won when you have a process in place as that take you forward in every thing you do.


5. Your Lack Of Discipline
- Not being disciplined is equal to not being focused.

-Battling and winning against this will give you a great source of accomplishment.

👉Be disciplined and work steadily towards your goals.


6. Your Ego
- Don't let your Attitude or ego prevent you from accomplishing something significant in your life.

👉So keep your ego aside and see the whole world supporting you.


7. The Knowledge You Neglect To Learn
- Acquire new information from anybody and any source, as gaining some new useful knowledge will bring more clarity.
