As the cost of living is rising, our salaries are also adapting.

Starting from March (this month), the minimum salary at our company will be £25,000 a year, for a starter, full-time role.

I don’t care if you are a teenager or a fresh university graduate, and starting out in digital marketing, if you join our company you will be paid at least £25K.

I aim for this number only to get bigger as we evolve as a company.

People say money is not important, but the reality is, that money is important.

As an employer, I feel responsible to create a business model where we can reward people and help them keep up with the rising cost of living in the best way possible, even if they are just starting out in their career.

After announcing the 4-day workweek with Fridays always off last week, hundreds of people commented on my post about whether Pizza Fridays will now be Pizza Thursdays.

I can confirm: Pizza Fridays have now moved to Pizza Thursdays.

Yesterday was the first such day, when we ordered lots of Pizzas, had some drinks, and had a dress-up day. The remote team also participated and had lots of Pizzas.

Apart from the fun, the team has also built lots of links to our clients, sent out 62 PR campaigns to the press - IN ONE DAY, yesterday - and sent over 36,000 emails to journalists in the past 24 hours.

Today it's Friday, the whole team is off, and my focus in office is laser-sharp with no messages and meetings, and I am on the mission to build some alien-like systems for our company to support our growth.
