It was a real privilege to spend time in Oran plant in Algeria.
The workshop gave us the opportunity to truly connect with the local reality — understanding operations on the ground, discussing performance and priorities, and identifying together how we can continue to strengthen our impact. One of the most meaningful moments was engaging directly with our people. Meeting young talents alongside Xavier Chéreau was a powerful reminder of the incredible potential within our teams. Their energy, ambition, and clarity about the future reflect the strength of our leadership pipeline.
Equally important were the exchanges held by Purchasing and Quality functional teams lead by Monica Genovese and Sébastien JACQUET（贾克）respectively reinforcing how critical close collaboration is to address challenges, align priorities, and unlock new opportunities across the organization.
