One of the most important things for me whilst building Ingrained Digital has always been working with the ā€˜right’ clients.

(Specifically, those whose businesses are making a positive impact on society and the planet).

Building personal brands of founders who are actually doing something positive is a great feeling.
And we’ve achieved some serious results with our impact-driven clients.

But we didn’t want to stop there.

When Business Awards UK asked me why I think our approach has worked,
I realised how much of this has come from instinct rather than playbooks.

I built Ingrained Digital because I believed there was a better way to do personal branding.

I've been in this industry for over 5yrs now. I've seen it change and grow, and where gaps had emerged.

We didn’t need to be loud, gimmicky, or fuelled by big budgets.
We just needed to be credible and commercially useful.

I know how sacred reputation is.
Every conversation, every piece of content, needs to be handled with tact and strategic intent.

A simple way of looking at personal branding is that it "builds visibility".
Beneath, there's more.
We use data and an understanding of how platforms work so our clients aren’t shouting into the void.

We protect, enhance and sustain trust.

And it's that 'trust' which changes things.
It creates opportunity.
That’s the core focus of all of the work we do.
