Every 40 seconds, we lose a life to suicide.
And for every suicide, 135 people are affected on average.
We need to share far and wide that there is always someone to speak to. Someone to listen.

This is a big move for the mental health space.
Therapy has been inaccessible for too long and this is a huge step in the right direction.

Two Ukrainian refugee kids arrived in Italy at their new school and what the students and staff did for them was incredible.
The Italians describe this gesture as amorevolezza, translated as loving kindness.

At 10.20 last night, I found out that another person I know had taken their life.
He was 26. The cheeky chap in the football dressing room. Bundles of energy.
He had a girlfriend for 10 years. A strong group of friends around him.
I now know x3 as many people under the age of 70 that have taken their own life, when comparing to any other cause of death.
This statistic isn't just relevant to me. It's relevant to many people.
When is this topic going to get the action (not awareness) it requires?
