❌ Avoiding difficult conversations, leaving problems unresolved
❌ Demonstrating their biases, eroding trust within the team
❌ Keeping things secret, nurturing a culture of suspicion
❌ Overloading employees with tasks, leading to burnout
❌ Holding back praise, dimming enthusiasm & growth
❌ Making unpredictable decisions, causing confusion
❌ Ignoring people's feedback, leading to frustration
❌ Failing to actively address workplace bullying
❌ Prioritising personal gain over team success
❌ Neglecting others’ professional potential
And when they choose instead to:

✅ Empower them, giving them autonomy
✅ Set clear expectations, reducing confusion
✅ Celebrate creativity, welcoming fresh ideas
✅ Prioritise well-being, reducing stress & burnout
✅ Promote inclusivity, valuing diverse perspectives
✅ Act with integrity, setting the standard for others
✅ Provide encouraging feedback, promoting growth
✅ Maximise transparency, building a true culture of trust
✅ Lead with empathy, understanding all employees' needs
✅ Show teamwork through collaboration, guiding by example
