The Theme of the discussion was “ Women in Leadership & Role of Mentoring”.The panelists engaged in thought-provoking discussions on women's career journeys, workplace inclusivity, challenges for women in technology, and the significance of mentoring women - subjects that resonate deeply within our workplace and beyond. With over 100 attendees in person and 200 virtually, the energy and engagement were palpable.
