Make the interview process short again.

How is everyone hiring ASAP but the interview process requires 4 interviews with everyone and their mom at the company, a take home assignment, and a lock of one's hair.

Candidates don’t have time to waste. Long interview processes are time consuming and emotionally draining. It's crazy to hear that some people are going through 100+ interviews in a short time period for a few companies before receiving 1 offer.

I’m sure there’s a smoother way to determine the best person for the job that works best for all parties involved.

Meta is hiring entry-level creative professionals for their internal creative agency, Creative X! Here's everything you need to know:

🎨 What is it?
NeXt Up is a PAID, year long, apprenticeship program where hungry, curious creative professionals apprentice across disciplines within Creative X, Meta’s internal creative agency. They're seeking five rising stars from historically underserved communities to fill roles in Copywriting, Art Direction, Design, Production, and Program Management.

👀 Who's eligible?
→ No prior marketing experience or educational requirements are required, though they are looking for candidates who have less than three years of experience in their respective fields.

→ Must be available for the full 12-month duration of the program and able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week, and at least three days a week in person at our New York City office.

→ Must be 21 years of age or older and a US citizen, permanent resident or have visa rights

💰 What roles are they hiring for?
They're hiring apprentices across several disciplines within Creative X including Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Producers, and Program Managers.
