No way to sugarcoat it - it REALLY sucks. It's wrong. Not sure how it’s even legal. (Thanks for nothing, FMLA!)
We get DMs every single day from people (mostly women) who got laid off and worry about finding a company that offers paid leave. 😔
This led us to crowdsource companies with parental leave policies that DO NOT require 12 months of employment.
📣 And now we have a list of 130+ companies with fair policies - many of which give IMMEDIATE eligibility to all employees! 📣
