My home office tour 🔥 is the foldable treadmill too much?? I got carried away with improving every little thing about my home office this past year but honestly it’s been a total game changer.

No more back pains. Better focus. More productivity.

I thought ergonomics and standing desks were a joke before 2020.

But I definitely learned my lesson and have turned into a total geek when it comes to desk setups.

I’d love to hear what you’ve tried that’s made it up easier to work from home.

I grew up in Highland Park where yesterday’s shooting took place. Having lived through a shooting at my office years ago (I hate how “normal” it is to even write that), I’ll say this - the casualties go far beyond the horrific deaths and injuries.

I still look over my shoulder at big gatherings. I still look for the exits. It quietly haunts you forever.

There’s something so messed up about taking a peaceful moment - at a parade, school, church, synoguge, mosque, etc - and replacing it with screams and blood.

I’m so sorry to my neighbors back home who lost family and friends and to anyone living through this - and now, living with it.

Call your loved ones today if you can. Then call your congressmen and politicians. This is starting to feel too normal to be normal.
