THERE ARE HIGHER LEVELS OF FREEDOM AVAILABLE TO YOU
Ā
THE QUESTION IS: ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK FOR THEM?
Ā
Over Memorial Day Weekend, I was pondering the price of freedom.
Ā
Because freedom isn’t free, there’s always a cost.
Ā
In the US and in countries around the world, freedom often costs the lives of many courageous service men and women.
Ā
Beyond that freedom lies a personal freedom that we can create which transcends every reality we’ve ever known.
Ā
Ā And this freedom is one I help my clients create every day.
Ā
I help people break through barriers, maximize their potential, and elevate every aspect of their lives; career, relationships, health, and finances.
Ā
And today I’m sharing some of that with you.
Ā
Here’s HOW YOU CAN CREATE MORE FREEDOM IN YOUR LIFE:

ā™¦ļøCareer Freedom:
* Ignite Your Passion: Uncover what truly inspires & drives you in your professional life.
* Set Bold Goals: Craft clear, ambitious short-term and long-term objectives to give your path purposeful direction.
* Embrace Lifelong Learning: Keep your skills sharp & your knowledge current to stay ahead in your field.
* Build a Powerful Network: Develop meaningful professional relationships that open doors to new opportunities & growth.

ā™¦ļøRelationship Freedom:
* Engage in Self Reflection: Gain insight into your own needs & values to contribute positively to your relationships & eradicate unhealthy patterns.
* Master Communication: Cultivate strong communication skills to deepen understanding & connection.
* Establish Healthy Boundaries: Create & maintain boundaries that create mutual respect.
* Cherish Quality Time: Prioritize spending meaningful time with loved ones.
Ā
ā™¦ļøHealth Freedom:
* Nourish Your Body: Adopt a nourishing diet that fuels your body.
* Stay Active: Integrate consistent exercise into your schedule
* Prioritize Rest: Ensure you get adequate sleep to support optimal cognitive & physical functions.
* Manage Stress: Practice mindfulness & meditation to reduce stress & stay grounded.

ā™¦ļøFinancial Freedom:
* Master Budgeting: Take control of your finances with a clear, effective financial planning.
* Build an Emergency Fund: Create a financial safety net to handle unforeseen expenses with ease.
* Conquer Debt: Develop a strategic plan to pay off certain debts & move towards financial independence. (*some debt can be good to carry, seek advice from a wealth manager about this)
* Invest Wisely: Make informed investment decisions to grow your wealth & secure your financial future.
Ā
By embracing these empowering strategies, you'll embark on a journey that will transform your life.

You’ll be happier, more relaxed, and more fulfilled.

Now is the time to create more freedom in your life.

Seize the opportunity, embrace the change, and unlock the doors to a liberated, empowered, and extraordinary life!

3 THINGS LEAVE & NEVER RETURN

šŸŽÆ Words
šŸŽÆ Time
šŸŽÆ Opportunities

During my week working in London, I stayed near Big Ben. Big Ben serves as a constant reminder that time is passing by.

People often ask me why I live the way I do, boldly living each day to its fullest.

I do so, because I am acutely aware of the fragility of time. I know that no moment but this is promised, so I:

šŸŽÆ say what needs to be said
šŸŽÆ do my best to leave everyone with a smile
šŸŽÆ don’t sweat the small stuff
šŸŽÆ work diligently so I can have freedom to live the life I desire
šŸŽÆ travel often
šŸŽÆ celebrate each day
šŸŽÆ live fully in each moment

And I encourage you to do the same.

There are three things in life that leave and never return: words, time, & opportunities

Make the most of each.ā¤ļø

WHAT MATTERS MOST?
Ā
I took an unexpected hiatus from #linkedin this month, because I was busy moving my daughter to study abroad at the University of Sydney, meeting with some of my incredible connections there, & exploring Australia.
Ā
Then I returned home to focus on my high school son who is working on some very exciting things & I worked behind the scenes to ensure my clients are exceeding their Q1 goals this year.
Ā
I hadn’t planned to take so much time off from social media, but when I got to Australia, I realized I needed time away.
Ā
As a high performance coach, I push really hard to perform at my optimal levels & ensure my clients do as well.
Ā
I aim to lead by example, living my best life & inspiring you to live your best life as well.
Ā
But over the past year and a half, I’ve been struggling with some serious health issues behind the scenes, & they’d gotten worse this winter.
Ā
Miraculously within 5 days of being in Australia, I had no signs of illness. By the end of my trip, I felt the best I have in years.
Ā
So…what was different?
Ā
šŸ”¹Ā Ā  I prioritized time with people~ my kids, clients, & connections.
šŸ”¹ I spent significantly more time outdoors.
šŸ”¹ I was much more active, being in a walkable, warm city.
šŸ”¹ I ate healthier. Even though I eat healthy already, the food options seemed more fresh & nutrient dense.
šŸ”¹ The increased time in nature, walking, & eating healthier, significantly decreased my cortisol levels.
šŸ”¹ The people I spent time with & the overall culture were much more relaxed than most the environments I typically work in.
šŸ”¹ I spent 95% less time online. All but one of my typical work meetings were held as calls instead of zooms & I only posted on social media once.
šŸ”¹ I worked but only on the essentials. Nothing extra. I served my clients at the highest level (and perhaps even at a higher level than usual & many noticed my increased energy). And I corresponded with potential clients.
Ā
Ā
So…what does this mean for you?
Ā
Over the past month, I became a real-life example of all the information I’ve been sharing with you for years now.
Ā
While I didn’t set out to conduct a scientific experiment or gather data, the evidence is conclusive.
Ā
TO LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE, YOU MUST:
šŸŽÆ Prioritize what matters most
šŸŽÆ Reduce your stress levels
šŸŽÆ Increase your time in nature
šŸŽÆ Decrease your screen time
šŸŽÆ Eat more fresh, nutrient dense food
šŸŽÆ Spend more time with the people you care about
šŸŽÆ Do more of what you love
Ā
If you do these things, you will be happier, healthier, & more successful.
Ā
It seems simple.
Ā
So…why do we complicate things?
Ā
Isn’t it time to prioritize what matters the most to you & let all the other nonsense go?
Ā
I’m curious…
Ā
šŸ‘‰If you were creating your ideal life today, what is the first thing you’d change?
Ā
Please share,

Then go & do it now.
Ā
Because life is too short to settle for less.

LIMITING BELIEFS KILL DREAMS.

As a child, I marveled at the world. I truly believed anything was possible; yet as I grew older, I became disillusioned, my light began to dim.

Abuse and bullying led to low self esteem, which made me feel like I wasn’t enough. From childhood into adulthood, so many people put me down, judged me, and told me I couldn’t achieve my dreams After awhile, I started to believe them.

ā€œMaybe I am being unrealistic.ā€ I began to think.Ā Ā
ā€œMaybe this isn’t possible.ā€
ā€œWhat’s wrong with me?ā€
ā€œWhy am I so unrealistic?ā€

But I wasn’t ready to give up.

So I tried harder… if I’m better, if I’m prettier, if I’m smarter… then I’ll be enough.

I was a people pleaser, thinking if I make people happy, they’ll love me, but they didn’t love me enough.

I earned a 4.0, then another and another, but there was always someone achieving more.

I strived to have the ā€œperfectā€ body, toned and tight, but there was always someone prettier.

I did my best to raise my kids right only to be told by my parents, teachers and my husband that I was screwing up with my oldest son who had learning challenges.

And my doubts increased as my soul began to shrink.

A foolish quest for perfection was always out of reach.

I became numb, depressed, sleepwalking through my life, beat down by the harshness of the world.

Though I knew deep down in my heart that I was created for so much more, my limiting beliefs held me back.

I played small, dimmed my light and didn’t aim high because I was afraid.

I was afraid to fail, afraid that failing would confirm that I wasn’t enough, that I couldn’t do it, that everyone was right.Ā

My light was flickering, fading fast, about to burn out.

Then one day, my flickering light was fanned. I was set ablaze. I awakened to my potential, to my greatness, to my true self and I realized that YES, I was enough and more, so much more…

And I began the journey of reconnecting with my soul.Ā

I discovered it wasn’t about them at all. It was about me, learning to love myself.

It was about accepting myself and celebrating my spirit.

And wow, that changed everything!

Today, I am much stronger, more confident and capable.

I still have limiting beliefs that creep in from time to time, but I recognize them and annihilate them almost instantly. I’ve trained myself to recognize and release limiting beliefs, reframing them to be affirming beliefs so I can step courageously toward my goals, each and every day.

LIMITING BELIEFS KILL DREAMS.

But they didn’t kill mine.
I learned to overcome.
And you can too.

Cheers to annihilating limiting beliefs, embracing your awesomeness, and creating a life you truly love!
