During interviews, I usually ask candidates one standard question - โ€œWhat is the first thing you would change or implement in your new role?

Sometimes I get really well-thought-out ideas that I fall in love with. And at other times, downright ridiculous ones.

Taking the liberty this weekend to share some scenes from June when we turned up in Ahmedabad - full family - to be there when she received the prestigious โ€œDistinguished Alumni Awardโ€œ from the institute.
We've been telling stories for over 7 years now. Willing and crafting light, sound and colour into a tale of everything that a homegrown colour cosmetics brand can be - and everything that such a brand can bring to the millions of women across India.

But when business grows, aspirations rise.
And when aspirations rise, a lot rises with it.

Ambition. Targets. Heart Rate. Investments. Tempers (sometimes!) - and that ecstatic feeling of accomplishing something special when you're done navigating your way through all these curveballs.

Yesterday we went live with our #ShukarHaiSUGARHai 360-degree campaign across many channels - television, print, OOH, radio, etc. - but every marketeer knows that at the centre of all this lies the main television ad.
