Best Posts by Keti Zasheva on LinkedIn

I started posting exactly 1 year ago.

Here's 12 powerful lessons I learned↴

→ Make friends in your industry and prospects.
→ The rules don't exist. Break them anyway.
→ Don't send robotic dm's to prospects.

→ Put some personality in your writing.
→ Focus on your strength & skills.
→ Hiding yourself does no good.

→ Engage with people you like.
→ Comment like you mean it.
→ Brag about your results.

→ Format your posts well.
→ Share your story often.
→ Experiment and adapt.

I've tried a lot of things on LinkedIn.

For me and for my clients.

(meaning I know what works and what doesn't 😛)

I'm sure the list will expand, but so far?
This is it. (I'm writing this at 11pm rn)

P.S. Do you have any New Year's resolutions for LI?

I ended work with this client a while ago,

But now I want to expose them.

When I was a beginner on LinkedIn,
I made one mistake that cost me big:

I worked first.
The client never paid.

And the strangest part?

He’s likely still doing it to this day.
I see his content change every 2–3 months.
New styles, new voices, new freelancers.

It made me wonder:

Should I call him out publicly?
Because I don’t want others to fall prey.

But at the same time… I don’t want to look petty.

So here’s the lesson I carry forward:

→ Never start work without payment first
→ A deposit isn’t optional, it’s respect
→ Boundaries protect both you and your client

Because without them?

You’ll bleed time, energy, and trust.

And the truth is, people who don’t respect you
will just move on to the next victim.

Don’t let it be you.

No payment = no project.

It’s not petty. It’s professional.

P.S. Would you out someone like this? Or stay silent?

Most creators avoid free coaching calls.

But this month? I decided to challenge myself.

Yes, I started to see things differently.

This week, I had a free coaching call with the amazing Stefany Härma, and the results were instant.

Here’s what happened after that one hour:

✅ Her profile got fully optimized
✅ Her content started performing better
✅ Her engagement strategy completely changed
✅ And most importantly, she stopped feeling that LinkedIn was a burden

The real breakthrough?

She admitted the only thing holding her back was the pressure to perform. Once we opened up and bonded over that shared feeling, everything shifted.

It wasn’t just a call,
It became a mutual experience of growth.

That’s why, every now and then, I still offer free sessions.

Because when I was starting,
I would’ve killed for that kind of help.

And because this platform needs more community, not competition.

So here’s my advice 👇

1️⃣ Find an accountability friend on LinkedIn
2️⃣ Check in weekly
3️⃣ Share what’s working, and what’s not
4️⃣ Keep each other consistent

Work doesn’t have to feel lonely.

Growth is easier when someone’s beside you.

P.S. Do you already have an accountability friend on here?

Yesterday me and Marina Panova celebrated the 1 year anniversary of our agency!🎉🥳

When we first started it was just an idea.

I remember the day when we had to settle down for a name for our agency, we were sat in my living room and we were scribbling words on paper, until We Craft You Grow just sounded right.

Then the website came.

After a month of work we launched.

And since then?

→ We've worked with over 103+ clients
→ Engaged with clients all over the world
→ Growed and scaled our client's businesses
→ Travelled, held talks, and supported each other
→ Understood what it takes to run a proper agency

9 years ago we were just school friends.

Today?

Best friends and partners in business.

And I can't wait to see where our journey takes us on next!

P.S. Do you have a friend supporting you in your business? Tag them!

I’m branching out beyond LinkedIn this month 🌍

And no, it’s not because I’m leaving.

It’s because I want to connect deeper.
I’ve realised some things just don’t fit into a 1,300-character post.

→ The behind-the-scenes moments.
→ The late-night founder thoughts.
→ The laughter, the aesthetic, the chaos of building a business from Macedonia.

So… I’m finally bringing that side to Instagram and TikTok.

The solution?
→ Make social media fun again.

I’ll still be sharing business and personal branding insights,
but you’ll also get the real, unfiltered founder journey.

→ Mindset & content tips, daily
→ My life as a Macedonian founder
→ The humor & discipline behind building

If you’ve ever wanted to see the story behind the strategy,
you’ll find it there.

A client of mine confessed she was afraid of the competition.

She was ready to quit… Until I told her this:

You don’t have to compete.
You have to stand out!

→ Instead of chasing her competitors’ audience,
She doubled down on her unique strengths.

→ Instead of copying their content,
She told her own story, authentic, raw, relatable.

→ Instead of fighting for scraps,
She carved a niche they couldn’t touch.

The result?

Her competitor stopped being the standard.
She became her own category.

⚠️ Competitors can only scare you if you play their game.
↳ pivot, and the game changes.

⚠️ Being “behind” is a mindset, not a reality.
↳ speed matters less than direction.

⚠️ Copycats never win.
↳ originality creates staying power.

The truth?
Competition isn’t the problem.

Fear is.

Learn. Pivot. Own your lane.

P.S. Be honest, are you competing or creating?
