2023 has been a remarkable year for Stryker, and I’d like to thank our employees and customers for their determination and dedication to make healthcare better now, and into the future.
 
Our mission and values unify our employees, and our culture, characterized by a shared sense of purpose and strong collaboration, drives our ability to deliver for our customers. This year, we were honored to receive recognition as a Great Place to Work across geographies and categories including World’s Best Workplaces, Fortune 100 Best, and Best Workplaces for Women. 
 
Stryker is on pace to deliver double-digit sales growth in 2023, following last year’s organic sales growth of  9.7%. Our momentum continues as we are driving innovation through specialization and deep customer insights. We had numerous exciting launches in 2023 that contributed to our strong growth and will continue to have impact in 2024 and beyond. Stryker is a growth company, and we remain focused on diversifying our portfolio, expanding internationally and complementing internal innovation with M&A. 
 
Reflecting on the year, I’m excited about our progress and our future, and I look forward to sharing more detailed results in the new year.
