When my husband asked how I felt at the end of the day my appointment to President was announced, I paused
 and surprised even myself.

“I feel so loved.”

I never could have imagined the outpouring—from so many people, across so many chapters of my life. Messages, notes, memories, energy. It all found me.

And it filled me.

People often ask me for career advice: “What’s the one thing?”
