I truly hope you couldn’t care less.

The annual lists are fine, as long as we never let that hype machine convince us to marginalise or downplay age and experience.

Those with the most to give – the real mentors - have been in the arena for decades. They might not shout about it but their faces are marred with dust, sweat, blood and failure.

Nothing else produces such purity of insight. So dig deep and ask the right questions ... there is an insane amount to learn.

Us young guns will always get the hype... but let's not get it twisted. Its experience and hard earned wisdom we need to pay REAL attention to.
