In 2020, the pandemic hit my business hard.
After a good first quarter, sales fell off a cliff in April as the whole world adjusted to living and working in lockdown.
The temporary slowdown in business was an opportunity in disguise.
It forced me to reevaluate my business model and change how I delivered coaching.
Most importantly I decided to invest my bounce back loan to grow a team.
On August 1st 2020, I hired Leanne Sara Jones Hunt as C.O.O.
It was a leap of faith for both of us.
I knew she was talented but had no idea just how big an impact she would have.

In 2021, we DOUBLED revenue.
Then we increased by another 50% in 2022.
We’re on pace for another 50% increase in 2023.
Leanne’s role has evolved so she’s now a coach as well as managing our team of 7 while driving sales and operations.
