Yesterday I hit 100,000 followers on LinkedIn after posting 1,236 posts over three years.

It’s wild because in the early days I wanted to quit 100’s of times.

I still remember in 2022 sitting in my dodgy computer chair, terrified to hit “post.” Worried about everyone judging me and calling me a loser

I remember recording videos in my living room in 2023 and hoping no one I knew would ever see them.

When I started, my goal was literally “I hope I one time get an inbound lead from my content.” That was it.

It took me 12 months to hit 15,000 followers. Another 12 months to hit 60,000. Another 12 months to hit 100,000.

Somewhere about a 6 months in, founders started messaging me asking how LinkedIn actually works.

Most of them didn’t say it directly, but you could tell they were stuck.

They were posting and praying for 6–12 months, copying free advice from the LinkedIn feed, trying to piece together “strategy” from people who honestly had no idea what they were doing.

So in August 2023 I said screw it, I’ll build a LinkedIn program.

Those first 6 weeks were some of the most stressful weeks of my life.

But honestly, it made me realising winning on LinkedIn is actually so simple. If people just post and comment every single day, and they keep doing it, and they stop hiding, their entire life can change.

The 100k followers is cool, I guess.

But what’s blown my mind is working with 1,750 founders and watching them make real money. Our clients now generate $172 million a year on LinkedIn.

I’m just happy to be a tiny part of that.

Millions of people now see my content every month. And honestly, most days I still feel like I have no idea what I’m doing.

If I could give advice to anyone starting out, it’s this:

Be as helpful as you humanly can. Actually try.

Throw the fridge at it. Literally give everything you’ve got.

Never stop.

The only way you lose is if you stop doing stuff

Idk what is happening LinkedIn, but as a user there’s some really weird things going on

1) People are crying about the algorithm dropping views when they only spend 30 secs writing their post in ChatGPT

2) 82.1% of the Comments on your posts aren’t real people.

3) Everyone’s lying through their teeth saying AI Agents can replace your $500k/yr marketing team with 0 proof.

I’m very confused.

It’s making it really weird when new clients pay me, then they book meetings and close deals in week 1 because LInkedIn is on EASY MODE atm lol.

I worked 74 hrs this week
Onboarded 74 new clients
I’m so delirious I’m eating a 🥕

Because my brain won’t allow me to pick want to eat lol.

Heres what happened internally in our company

1) We dropped our price by 72% and had like 1 BAZZILION leads DM me, reply to my emails, and send me carrier pigeons to join our program

2) My Community Managers Tayla, Samanta and Olivia had like 10x 1:1 onboarding’s. I’m taking them out for a VERY expensive lunch soon to say thanks.

3) TODAY I spent 5 hrs onboarding 73 people into our program. That was after I left my house at 5.45am to pick my brother, his wife, and my nephew from the airport.

4) I re recorded our entire program for the 4th time. I’ll be recording all through the weekend also. Honestly I’m so proud of the content though.

5) My Co-Founder Steve Butler finally released our 2x SaaS — GrowthMode and LinkNinja. Custom software new clients get for FREE in our program.

We also had a record week making $110,000.

But thats not even close to the best thing

Which was seeing how EXCITED all our new clients are to be part of our program.

Honestly, all I want to do is seeing clients win.

As really, it’s the only thing that matters.

My friend’s CEO banned him posting on LinkedIn

And I agree with the CEO.

Ok, ok. Not fully agree...

But I understand where they're coming from

This is why:

1) Domino’s: A worker posted a gross video. People thought Domino’s was dirty. Domino’s lost millions trying to fix their name.

2) Samsung: An engineer shared secret phone info. Rivals saw it and copied them. Samsung lost huge money and had to scramble.

3) Kenneth Cole: They tweeted a “joke” during a big crisis. The world got angry. Sales dropped. Their brand got f*cked.

One post and 500 people can be made redundant.

It's called Second Order Consequences.

But in todays "F*ck it, yolo!" culture

Nobody gives a sh*t.

We forget that our actions have MANY chains reactions.

Last week I binge ate 3 nights in a row.

This week I closed $63,700 in 3 days.

Not because of some new strategy.
Because I finally stopped lying to myself.

For months I listened to my 8-figure founder friends.

“Dude, you need to charge more.”
“Your time’s worth way more than that.”
“Why are you still helping new founders?”

So I listened.

But I felt sick.

And after 3 days of binge eating, I finally realised why...

And now we're going ALL IN

Here's what we did this week:


1) We dropped the entry price.

Our ego loved charging $3-5K. But 90% of our people couldn’t afford it.

Now it's A LOT less to start working with us. And then we charge you monthly after

We need to make you win, so you stay.


2) We added insane value.

We now give every client who joins our custom-built LinkedIn CRM for free.

Randy said to me on the call yesterday - “Dude, this literally saves me $100/month.”

Perfect. That’s the point.


3) We increased support.

Most programs do only 1 call a month. That's lame. We now do 4 A WEEK.

I run 2, Steve runs 1, and our coaches Matt and Jose run 1 together.

Because this is what our clients NEED to WIN.


4) I personally messaged 600 clients in a day.

To ask how they were doing, both emotionally and in their business.

To see how I can help. Because being a founder is HARD.


5) I ran two live 3.5-hour workshops.

I told everyone up front I’d make an offer.

Then I stayed till 9:36 PM answering every question.

To make sure we were a good fit for them.


I’m not proud of the binge eating.
But I’m proud of what it taught me.

Guilt is just feedback.
The body always keeps the score.

And now I’m back.

I walked in my dogs sh*t on Saturday

I felt super embarrassed.

It was right out the front door of my local cafe.

2 mins later my brother walked back with my 4 mth old nephew and said

“Have any baby wipes? The baby just sh*t all over my hands”

I started laughing 🤣

It made me remember

No matter how bad something is in the moment, you or someone else has had it worse

So it’s better just to laugh, move on, and enjoy your day

But instead of blaming the algorithm
I controlled what I could control
And made $62,200 in 3 days.

Here’s exactly what I did:


1) I spent 2 days writing a new offer

NOTHING is more important to make it soo good it’s easy for people to say yes.

2) I dropped my prices

I realised I was blocking 90% of my ideal prospects that want to work with me.

3) I spent 18 hours DMing over 3 days

It doesn’t matter how bad the algorithm gets, the DM algorithm will never change.


You don’t fight the algorithm
You just outwork it.

You shouldn’t have to “convince” someone

Just be clear in your messaging.

I was a loser for 27 years.
