More than a decade ago, I ran a restaurant called Zaika.
We got excellent reviews.
But I made one mistake.

To drive the volumes up, we kept the prices very low.
Resulting in meager margins.

To keep the business running, we had to start cutting corners.
That started affecting quality and customer satisfaction.

I carried forward the learnings from there to Coditas.
Not to compromise on rates (hence quality) for volumes or growth.

Quality comes at a price.
Strive to work with those who are willing to pay for that.
