Interview processes should take 2 weeks, NOT 2 months.

I always pushed to make sure my interview processes were as quick and efficient as possible.

It shouldn't take 2 months to decide if someone is qualified for the role or not.

Okay, so you want to include a technical test, three interviews, and whatever else - that's FINE.

Just make time for it. Hiring teams should be blocking off time in advance and prioritizing the interview process.

Stop stringing candidate along for months on end.

They're going to go to your competitors.
