When I started this journey less than two years ago, I could only dream of connecting with the calibre of professionals I am now privileged to engage with today.

Our network has blossomed into this amazing congregation of brilliant minds from across the globe, each bringing unique perspectives and invaluable insights.

Every day, as I craft messages for thousands of professionals like yourself, I am aware of the weighty responsibility on my shoulders.

It is not just about sharing information; it is about igniting sparks of hope, fueling ambitions, and reshaping the landscape of business and corporate careers.

The diversity of our community is truly inspiring.

With followers from countless nationalities, I feel a profound duty to serve as a beacon of hope, a fountain of knowledge, and a channel for divine wisdom.

This is a role I embrace with both humility and enthusiasm.

To the 50,000+ followers and 5,000+ professionals in the Career Starters' Hub – you are the heartbeat of this community.

Your engagement, your stories, and your successes continually push me to elevate my game and show up as the disciplined, winning warrior you deserve.

A special shout-out to my esteemed senior colleagues who drop by to offer words of encouragement – your support means the world.

To my mentees who entrust me with their brilliant careers – your faith in me is my greatest motivator.

And to my family and friends who support this passion alongside my career – your understanding and encouragement make all of this possible.

As we continue to grow and evolve together, remember: that this is more than just a network. It's a movement.

I am happy to be connected with you!

Go and be fantastic today.

The way to the top is not through a solo drive.

Intentionality + Meaningful Relationships +The drive to succeed + God Factor (In no particular order).

πŸ¦‹ You will be intentional about where you want to land.
πŸ¦‹ You will play the game that will land you there.
πŸ¦‹ If you do not know what you need to do to get the results you need, you will consult.

πŸ¦‹ You will reinvent yourself, retool and reprogram your systems to support your mission.
πŸ¦‹ You will set goals that will demand a better version of you to fulfil.

πŸ¦‹ You will check in with people.
πŸ¦‹ You will ask: How can I help?
πŸ¦‹ You will support the growth of others.

πŸ¦‹ You will clap when others are winning.

πŸ¦‹ You will go for Happy Hour & Social events.
πŸ¦‹ You will make compromises to fit in the wishes of others.
πŸ¦‹ You will learn how to make small talks ( Go and watch YT videos).

πŸ¦‹ You will find collaborators and shamelessly attach yourself to them to get the results you want.
πŸ¦‹ You will register your ambition with others. The right people must know you are chasing for a result; they can't support what they don't know.

πŸ¦‹ You will work like you do not have the backing of heaven and pray like that's your only tactic.
πŸ¦‹ You will travel the extra mile, not just on your job, but to build yourself.
πŸ¦‹ You will invest in your personal and professional development.

πŸ¦‹ You will make sure that your work is excellent and top quality.
πŸ¦‹ You will develop a likeable personality. Someone who is easy to talk to and work with.

πŸ¦‹ You will position yourself to be top of mind of your leaders.
πŸ¦‹ You will insist on what you want and stay demanding until the universe creates the space for you to wear your crown.

Ps: My sister said to me: 'You must put me on your LinkedIn page one of these days'. So, I have decided to do that today. Haha... She is a gem and has got a Ph.D in English.

Go and be fantastic today.

You are too loud for your level of inconsistency.

You are talking more than you are doing.
It can be quite daunting to keep up with you.
You have shared so much there is nothing left to be seen.
You have shared the past, the present and the unpromised future.
This has left you in a somewhat difficult situation because you cannot keep up.
You feel like you owe the world more than it deserves and you are on a rapid decline mentally.

This also affects you at work.
It is so difficult to marry up your words and your work output.
You are talking so much about the work you intend to do and the work itself is not getting done.

You will need to learn restraint.

It’s simple.
Talk less about what you intend to do and more about what you have already done.
There is a level of oversharing you attain that you begin to irritate the people you want to win over.

Do not let your mouth put you in bondage.
Do your work in silence and brag about your wins.

If you are talking to everyone about a goal you should keep to yourself, you must check why you are in such dire need of validation.

Do not risk the chances of winning at your goals due to oversharing.

Science backs this up nicely. The euphoria you feel when people pre-congratulate you or applaud you for going on a pursuit may create a premature reward system that leads to a decline in the behaviours and habits that will eventually lead to you achieving your goals.

Do more, talk less, engage with wisdom.

Go and be fantastic today
