Steps I followed that helped me clear interviews at Top Companies (Off Campus):

📌Research ,Research ,Research!
- I divided the days in different categories and made detailed notes about
⭐Company Overview
⭐Recent News
⭐Industry Trends

📌 Mock Interviews with my own self-
- After the full research about the company,I used to have a mock interview with my own self where I used to make sure I'm asking myself the questions like-
⭐ Job Description related
⭐ Required Skills needed and how my previous experience aligned with the same ( be it college projects, internships or any full time experience)
⭐I also made a list of around 50 behavioral and situation based cases according to my role.
⭐Behavioral Questions: Practice the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method for behavioral questions.
⭐For the above point ,I again made sure I have several examples for the same situation in hand so that If asked I don't quote around the same experience on the D- day.

📌 Take help from others-
- Donot feel shy!!!!!!
- I Conducted recorded mock interviews with my friends so that later I can watch them and prepare well.

📌 Extra brownie tips-
-Practice speaking clearly and concisely.
-Be aware of your body language during the interview.
-Prepare thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer about the role and company culture.
- Dress professionals!!!
-Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
-Be polite and respectful to everyone you meet.
-Listen carefully to the questions and ask clarifying questions if needed, especially in the case of guestimates.
-Use a clear structure for your responses to ensure you cover all key points since many times the interviewer doesn't want to know the exact answer but the thought process behind it.

📌 Additional Resources
-LinkedIn Connections: Connect with employees or alumni who work at the company.
-Do go through the product or services offered by the company throughout.

I hope I have covered everything, What are the techniques you use? do comment 👇

All the best🙌

The one COVID story that I'll remember till my deadbed and I promise you will too.
In COVID,I started working in an NGO and we used to get duties assigned almost every week based on calls to be made to either hospitals or kitchens or blood banks.

One day, I was assigned the duty to call kitchens and ask for:

Prices of food and delivery.

To my surprise a very old lady picked up the call and said it's for free,be it vegetarian or non vegetarian and 0 delivery charges.

I was shocked to hear this, the lady belonged to Delhi and she told me she is around 65 and her husband is around the same age.

She cooks and her husband delivers it on the scooter.

This was the 2nd dramatic wave.

When I said ,thank you mam! She told me and I'll never forget this:

Beta, I lost the family of 2 sons with their wives and children due to the Covid a week back, I couldn't meet them but I need to make sure the rest of the people who don't have anyone to cook, get the food .

She was 60+, her husband was an army retired officer! it was all from his pension!

There were n Number of people who took advantage of this situation and earned lakhs of money whereas there were people like these who spend every penny to save the other person❤️.

If at any moment of the day, I feel kindness is dead, I remind myself of the same story.

What's the one story or a lesson you will remember? Do comment below: 👇

7 things that make you look dumb on Linkedin.

📌 Overdoing your LinkedIn status -Yes, you should be posting regularly.

Have a maximum number of posts – we’d recommend no more than three a day – and stick to it!And remember, focus on quality, rather than quantity.

📌 Glorifying yourself

If you find yourself bragging in an over-the-top way, you might want to stop. Most people will find this annoying after a while. .You don’t want your posts to be all about you – it’s best to strike a balance.

📌 Not proofreading your posts

Make sure you proofread all your posts. It doesn’t take long, and it can make a massive difference in how professional you appear to your readers.

📌 Sugarcoating your responsibilities and accomplishments

Be honest about everything you’ve achieved in the past, and make sure you don’t downplay anything. If you’ve got lots of experience in something, write about it!

📌 Lying about your employment records

Lying about your employment records is tempting, and most of us know someone that’s lied when applying for a job or on their regular CV. Chances are you’ll get caught. And when you do, it could destroy your chances of landing a great job.

📌 Donot join wrong groups

Joining the right groups is just as important as your connections – if not more so! Try and join groups that are relevant to your industry. Interact with others regularly, and make sure you share and like posts that are of interest.

📌 Not checking your inbox regularly

LinkedIn’s all about reading relationships. Make sure you check your inbox daily and take the time to respond to any messages. If you don’t, you run the risk of looking like you don’t care.

I have read 5000+ posts till now and these are the post topics that get 1,00,000+ impressions.

📌Stories sell well- Writing about a career change, how it helped you deal with job stress and how you overcame it.

📌Subjects that Go Viral-
-They discuss life/career changes.
-Having strong emotional reactions.
-Motivating.
-Share stories like - I began writing on LinkedIn. I've gained an ABC number of followers and earned 123 viral.
-Write about that -TRANSITION Moment. -All such posts have one thing- where the person was and where he is now. LinkedIn users want to grow personally or professionally. As a result, they want to see how to do this.

📌Professional development stories- Focus on applying knowledge in the workplace, such as becoming a better leader. LinkedIn stories encourage individuals to choose how they react to changes and approach new situations. Personalised stories as being fired or transitioning to a new career, can be effective. Stories of the Successes and failures go Viral.

📌Problem-Solving Stories-Content creators master problem-solving styles by discussing problems and proposing solutions, emphasizing frustration and a hopeful outcome. Stories with a happy ending are more memorable.

📌LinkedIn lists - Attracting attention, visually appealing, and simple to read and write.
-They can include how-to instructions and important knowledge about a subject.
-Exchange knowledge for opinions and consider writing about career changes.
-They cut through the nonsense and get to the point quickly.

📌BEST HOOKS- (USE NUMBERS IN HOOKS)

1. “How to Write Better Emails“ ❎
“How to Write Emails with 92% Open Rate“✅

2. “Not getting post ideas?❎
“Create 100 LinkedIn posts in 10 minutes“✅.

3.“How to Do Cold Outreach Like a Pro“❎
“How I Send 1,000 Cold Emails Every Month“✅

“ 5 months -2 Likes, Next 2 months=400 likes,how?“✅

5. “ Dear Connections, I am happy...“❎
“Earning 4 figures a day..“✅

Make a mind map for a topic you want to write about. After that, make a list of each branch.

📍Use stories and lists instead of wondering what to write on LinkedIn.
📍Write change-related stories.
📍Make a mindmap to assist you in making multiple lists.
📍Experiment with different list formats.
📍Each list = 1 post.
📍One Story = 1 post.
📍One experience= 1 post.

Every outfit tells a story — but how often do we actually know what it is? 🤔

I recently came across VIRGIO , a brand blending fashion with technology, and their approach completely changed how I see my wardrobe.

They introduced me to something called the Product Passport — a simple QR code on every garment that reveals where it was made, the sustainability of its fabric, and even how to style and care for it.

No vague claims, just pure transparency.

As someone who thrives on data and informed decisions, this makes so much sense.

Now, when I pick an outfit, I know exactly what I’m wearing — not just in terms of style, but impact.

If tech can revolutionize industries, why not fashion?

What do you think — would knowing the full story of your clothes change the way you shop?

Let’s discuss! 👇
