I landed to the same Place which I criticized For,
I hated my #BOSS
I used to think what these Bosses do?
Nothing.
They come to office,
Open their Laptop,
Showing hell of Busyness,
Ask employees for EOD Report
Leave office
That’s it.

Me: Being an employee (My thought)
I try to give my best every day,
What do I get?
Nothing.
Just my #salary on time.
That’s it.
Being an Employee I always thought about My Salary, my family & my Friends, my Progress & all

I always blamed my Boss.
I got influenced by negative #mindset people before.

Now Today when I wear the same shoes,
I Realized. It’s Not True
Mostly talk about Bad Bosses because it’s #OVERRATED.
No one takes Care about Boss.
While you think about your Salary & growth,
Boss thinks about you, Your Salary & Growth.
You Run your family
Boss Runs many families
You have been getting your “Salary Credited” messages for several months.

During the Lockdown period too without any deductions with little or no work. Be grateful for the same.

I have been into Both Sides, so I shared my personal thoughts on this.

All #Bosses Are not Bad

All #Employees Are not Good

Tag your Super bosses here to make them feel awesome Today.

#Appreciate their work, they deserve it.
I started working at an early age, I guess when I was 16.

Due to financial issues, I had to do (on-off) part-time jobs.

I was too young to handle the mental pressure.

While my friends were going for a picnic, movie & vacation.

I was working because I had to work.

Due to this, I lost something BIG in my life.

That Moment.

That Time.

When I hear people share stories about their college lives,

it sounds like I missed something huge 😒

I couldn't attend group tours, festivities & functions

A lot of time lectures too.

Of course, I missed the whole experience altogether.

✋ How does it feel now?

Hmm, sometimes I feel like going back and living that life.

But honestly, I don't think I have missed a lot.

What I have realized is that I was getting ready for tomorrow.

Just like a tournament, you practice hard every day.

I was also practicing the same way,

with the hope of having a better tomorrow.

Though I wasn't mature enough to take it lightly,

Obviously what else could’ve been expected from a Teenager

So I just followed the ways those felt right to me.

Ah damn, It wasn't easy to manage at all đŸ€”

I couldn't even afford the average lifestyle in college.

Due to the financial crisis, mental stress, and part-time jobs.

But today it's completely OPPOSITE.

🔋 Today I have Freedom.

I don't have to report any BOSS.

Financial Freedom, Mental Freedom & Decision Freedom.

This experience is way more luxurious than anything else in life.

I am so thankful for all those hard experiences in the past.

What I missed I don't miss anymore.

Because now I feel great every day.

Stable, calm, happy, composed, and cheerful 😀

Life is beautiful.

Sharing it with you so that you don't feel you are alone in this journey.

All experiences are good if you are happy NOW.

So, always be strong and gentle towards life.

If you think today you are not happy with anything,

Don't let yourself go down,

You are getting ready for tomorrow.

Your tomorrow will be brighter than your expectations today.

Keep going on...

I would love to know your thoughts.

Thank you for giving your precious time to reading this post.

I really appreciate it.
I Almost #fired my Video editor Yesterday.
I recorded a video total 49Min Video.
So After editing, he gave me video file.
I just had a quick look.
I thought it’s fine.
I trusted his #work blindly.
Now, I premiered that video on YouTube.
After 10Min I realised there is something Wrong.
For 31 Min it was only Talking-Head without any Screen Sharing.
He messed up while editing the original video.
He kept Talking-head 30Min & 29Min screen sharing.
I was hell angry.
I called him and explained everything.
How come this basic thing you missed?
He was on his way to home in the Metro.
He said, Sorry Ma’am for let your #trust down,
I am feeling like hell :(
He sent me several messages. He was Really Sad.
I said, dear listen to me.
It’s fine, it wasn’t just your fault only.
It was my fault too I also should have checked it before uploading.
He said, No Ma’am I am your Video Editor this is 100% my #fault,
I feel ashamed for this mess-up.
I said - Lets share this responsibility both it was our fault.
From next time we will take care of it.
You calm down, You did a great job and mistakes are part of our life :

Learnings - Don’t just blame your Employee or Team Member share the #responsibility and solve it. This is the Core Strength

Do you agree?
