Right after completing my MBA from XIMB Bhubaneswar, I joined HCL Noida.

My brother was living in Gurgaon and I decided to stay with him to save money.

Gurgaon to Noida.
Noida to Gurgaon. - EVERYDAY!

I thought - how hard could it be?

I was wrong! If you have traveled in the Delhi Metro, you would know what I am talking about.

In 3 days, I was done. It was a nightmare.

On the 4th day, I decided to explore different options.

I found one seat in an Alto from a car-pool listing site, posted by Swatantr.

Swatantr and I became good friends.

Over the next few years, I referred him to HCL. He did not get through.

He moved to Genpact in Gurgaon.
He referred me and I got through.

Being from the same background, we were in the same team. The next 5 years changed my life.

I built a team, I was invited to speak at various international conferences, I wrote for some international publications and I learned so much. I got to explore my passion and what drives me. I got to startup, which was always a dream.

At Fitelo, the initial team, HR Head, Marketing Partners, so many things happened just because I connect well with people around me.

I am super duper excited to share that we've raised $1.5 million in the pre-Series-A round.

We started from a 350sqft office space to over 15000 sqft now.

Here's how it happened:

2004 - Failed to crack IITs

2008, 2009, 2010 - Failed to crack IIMs

2012 - Failed at ~30 sales interviews.

2013 - Finally joined a company as a Management Trainee

2019 - Co-Founded Fitelo, along with Mac, and back to the entrepreneurial journey again.

2022 - Raised $1.5Mn, a team of 150+ people, and over 20k happy customers.

I still remember the day when there were just 3-4 people in the office.

From generating ₹98k in our first month to seeing a bank balance where I actually had to count digits first.

More and more power to Fitelo and the people who supported it. 🙏

2022 is going to be a roller coaster, let's make it a big one. 🚀
