The abhorrent murder of a young mum & the attempted murder of her husband at Northlakes (in front of their young children) last night is another staggering example of how wrong our legal system is, treating 'young' men (and women) who are often much larger & stronger than most adults, as children in the eyes of the law.
Describing the callous evil offenders as 'two 17 year old boys' is so grossly inappropriate when considering their adult size, ability to continue to make (poor) decisions, & likely very long criminal history.
These criminals who continually forfeit their right to live free in our communities, have absolutely no regard for human life or other peoples property.
Our community values, beliefs & expectations, seem to be continuously eroding day by day whilst these miscreants continue to steal cars, break into houses, and harm & murder innocent people.
It took one significant violent brawl in front of a politician at Broadbeach to change the Criminal Motorcycle Gang Legislation in Queensland. Surely this many deaths from home invasions & stolen vehicle incidents can bring our legislators & politicians together as one, to enhance legislation, increase penalties, & increase police powers, in an effort to make it harder for criminals to continue to reoffend & harm our families & friends.
