Requests involve sending Annuitization Quotes on Annuity policy and validating/calculating pension payout for in-scope policy. The processor is able to research the document, determine payout basis the requirement
Co-ordination with onshore team to ensure an enhanced and optimized end to end client service propositions
Promote a positive customer service mindset to surpass the expectations of customers through continuous improvement
Active participation in ongoing development of self
Continue to build additional knowledge and understanding of the client’s business.
