Yesterday I realized thereās 1 thing Iāve learned that truly changed everything for me.
It was my birthday, so naturally I did a mini life review.
That 1 thing was:
Wherever you focus your mind, that expands.
If youāre solely focused on the stressful things, the negative events, those get bigger and take more of your life.
If youāre focused on the silver linings, the lessons in challenges, and positive growth, you will have a much better experience.
But hereās the thing:
Itās HARD to change your mindset.
Really hard.
Especially if youāve been stuck in the same ways for years, decades, or even a lifetime.
But it is always possible.
4 years ago, my mind sounded:
ā hateful
ā self-critical
ā doubtful + comparative
And because of the repetitive thoughts in my mind, my brain adapted and my reality felt:
ā aimless
ā constantly stressful
ā like there was something always missing
It honestly only took 2 months for me to get out of that and a serious commitment to myself.
After those 2 months, I found self-love, inner-peace, and purpose in life.
But it took a total mind, body, brain reset.
And now, 4 years after that reset, my life is so incredibly beautiful, and Iām SO grateful for every single day.
My point is, change is possible.
For any and everyone.
No matter how young or how old (Iāve seen it in clients over 70 who have been āstuck this way foreverā!)
So, if you feel like you want to change your life, try looking inwards and going from there.
Itās the best lesson Iāve learned so far.
Cheers to positive change! š„
