#pressrelease - Tata Technologies is delighted to collaborate with the Government of Telangana to transform 65 Industrial Training Institutes into cutting-edge Skill Development Centers 🎓. We would be working with 20 global industry partners on this project, which involves the upgradation of the overall facilities of the 65 ITIs, the development of industry-ready training courseware, and the facilitation of training programs post-upgradation. This initiative, powered by a 5-year Memorandum of Agreement and a total project cost of INR 2324 Crores, is set to revolutionize technical education in the state.

With our manufacturing domain knowledge, global expertise and partnerships, we're bringing Industry 4.0 to the forefront of education, with the potential of training over 9,000 students in long-term courses and 100,000 students in short-term courses annually at full capacity. We recently inaugurated an IBT (Introduction to Basic Technology) 3.0 lab in collaboration with STARS (Skills Training for Advancement for Rural Societies) forum in Nashik, focused on upskilling youth on engineering, energy-environment, agriculture, home, and health 🏗️💚. Emphasizing the 'learning by doing' approach, students now have access to the latest technologies like 3D printing, sensor-based advanced electronics, and robotics, enabling them to learn by practising rather than just theory.
