KPIs are essential metrics for a Quality Department
to track the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management processes.
1/Â Defect Density:
↳ Tracks defects per unit size
↳ Helps spot areas with high defect rates

↳ Percentage of products passing without rework
↳ Indicates process efficiency
3/Â Cost of Quality:
