People automatically assume they are failures and it's all their fault.

People are #opentowork right now, because of the following:
🚩Companies over hired post Covid
🚩AI has caused chaos around the world
🚩Cost of living has made companies struggle
🚩Economies globally are struggling
🚩DEI has become a huge priority
🚩Social Media has become so expensive and accessible.
🚩Companies don't know how to hire.
🚩The Job Market is broken.
The list could do on, but ultimately it's so many things that have come together to cause huge problems in employment and hiring.
None of this is a reflection on the individual and none of this is an indication that people are failing.

🙏🏻Why not try making a recommendation!
🙏🏻Why not try reshaping their posts!
