🚨 A year after Spotify announced its Work From Anywhere policy — the results are in!

Since introducing the WFA policy, Spotify has:

👥 Experienced lower staff turnover compared to pre-pandemic levels
🤝 Secured diverse talent outside of their city's main HQ
🌎 Transformed 6,500 employees' work-life balance

The policy's success is a prime example of what a company can truly achieve with a distributed workforce.

Superb work, Spotify 👏

BREAKING: Over 200 companies in the U.K. are permanently adopting a 4-day workweek!

Without cutting pay.

This isn't just for a few people,

5,000 employees will benefit from this new way of working!

- 78% of 18-34-year-olds in the U.K. believe the 4-day workweek will be the norm in just five years.

- 65% of them don’t want to return to full-time office work.

For them, it’s about flexibility and well-being.

I always speak about the importance of having more flexibility.

It's a key enabler of a healthier work-life balance and overall quality of life.

The results are clear:

- More time for life outside work
- Happier employees, lower burnout
- Stronger company culture

Do you think this will be the future of work in the U.S. too?

When marketing software company HubSpot gave their people the choice of where to work, employee engagement (and the share of remote employees) increased.

Even more telling, when asked how likely employees are to recommend HubSpot as a great place to work, the score is 14% higher for those who work remotely.

“We don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all strategy for building a great culture,” VP of Culture and ESG Eimear Marrinan told HR Brew. “And our data shows that employees can be productive and engaged regardless of work preference.”

Remote work works. 💯
